Here’s the process to return an item:
If you have issues with sizing or selection we provide FREE shipping both ways on exchanges (US only) of your UnderFit to get you in the right product. We use the same process we do for returns. We cannot exchange international orders at this time.
If you’ve received any defective merchandise, email us within three weeks for a full refund or exchange at service@underfit.com and we’ll get it worked out.
Although our shirts are very high quality, there’s no way to prevent small defects 100% of the time. Such is the nature of the garment business.

We work hard to provide great customer service. We usually refund your money within 2 business days. It could take 5 or more to show up on your credit card statement.
