First-Order Fit Check

We want you to love your UnderFit undershirts. For first-time orders, please:

  • Open and try on ONE shirt first to check the fit
  • Keep any additional shirts sealed until you’re confident in your size
  • Sealed shirts qualify for a 100% refund
  • Each additional opened shirt beyond the first will be refunded at 50%

Our 100-Day Guarantee

We stand behind our quality. All UnderFit undershirts come with a 100-day satisfaction guarantee (US customers). Even if you’ve worn or washed your shirt, we’ll make it right.

Here’s the process to return an item:

  1. Before you return your item, you must contact us at service@underfit.com to obtain approval for the return.
  2. We’ll send you a prepaid shipping label (US customers only)
  3. Ship your return within 5 days of receiving your label
  4. Once received, we’ll process your refund or exchange promptly

Exchange Policy

Need a different size or style? We provide FREE shipping both ways on exchanges for US customers. We’ll follow the same process as returns to get you the perfect fit.

Defective Merchandise

If you receive a defective product, contact us at service@underfit.com within three weeks for a full refund or exchange. While we maintain rigorous quality standards, occasional imperfections can occur in garment manufacturing. We’ll make it right.

Refund Timing

Refunds are typically processed within 2 business days of receiving your return. Please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

International Customers

Please note that we cannot provide free return shipping or exchanges for international orders at this time. Contact us at service@underfit.com for assistance with international returns.
