Return Policy

We understand no shirt is perfect for everyone, so we offer a 100 day no questions asked full refund (US customers only) even if youā€™ve washed or worn the shirt.

All you have to do is email us at service@underfit.com.

Hereā€™s the process to return an item:

  1. Before you return your item, you must contact us at service@underfit.com to obtain approval for the return. If you send us a shirt without an RA#, we will not be able to process your return.
  2. Upon approving your return, weā€™ll send you a prepaid shipping label including the RA#.
  3. You must ship your return to us within 5 days of receiving your label or we may not be able to process your return.
  4. Once we receive your item, weā€™ll process your return and refund your card for your purchase price.

Exchange Policy

If you have issues with sizing or selection we provide FREE shipping both ways on exchanges (US only) of your UnderFit to get you in the right product. We use the same process we do for returns. We cannot exchange international orders at this time.

Defective Merchandise

If youā€™ve received any defective merchandise, email us within three weeks for a full refund or exchange at service@underfit.com and weā€™ll get it worked out.

Although our shirts are very high quality, thereā€™s no way to prevent small defects 100% of the time. Such is the nature of the garment business.

When Will My Credit Card Funds Be Returned?

We work hard to provide great customer service. We usually refund your money within 2 business days. It could take 5 or more to show up on your credit card statement.
